- Lead Actor in a Drama: Hiroyuki Sanada (Shōgun)

Jason Bateman was honoured with the Best Lead Actor in a Comedy Series award for his role in Ozark, while Jean Smart won Best Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for her performance in Hacks.
